Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

All sales are final. We accept returns only for manufacturing defects.

Defective items

• Contact info@rokinprecision.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.
• If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item and cover return shipping.
• If we inspect a returned item and find it is not a manufacturing defect, we’ll ship it back to you and charge a $10 processing and shipping fee.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Not covered

• Change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
• Normal wear from use.
• Damage from improper installation or modification.
