At Rokin Precision, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for incorrect or defective items.
